This was a great concert, in a big church with a simply amazing acoustic. Concerts in October though could be thought of perhaps as being a bit sad for the band. Time moves on, our players get older, and they move forward in life to their next challenges. It was tinged with sadness as this was the last concert where several of our 2010 "leavers" play together with the band. Some of them may of course return as "guests" in the future, but this is the last time they will play together as full time members of the band. Some of them had solo spots to mark the end of their Youth Brass careers. It was great concert though, & much appreciated by the audience.
