This is another high-profile contest that we take part in each year. We are usually runner-up to the champion band, with a gold award, and this year was no different! The competition was very tough indeed, and we were beaten to the top place by the excellent Carnoustie Youth Band. The adjudicators were very complimentary about us however - it would have been nice to have won, but the runner-up prize was ok!
