Another annual event this, but it is one where we have to have been selected. Luckily, for many years now we have been invited, and we perform at the Symphony Hall, Birmingham. This is a vast concert hall, and is absolutely amazing to play in. Even though it is so big, every single note can be heard by every member of the audience, the acoustic is so good. We played our "Cats' Tales" suite, which went down very well with the mentors and the audience! Before we take the stage in the Symphony Hall though we perform a short concert outside. There is a sort of "amphitheatre" next door to the Town Hall where people can sit and listen to us - conveniently in their lunchbreak! We often get quite a big audience!
