On the afternoon & evening of November 26th, we spent a brilliant afternoon & evening as "Youth Band in Residence" at the Birmingham Conservatoire. We had a rehearsal in the afternoon under the expert guidance of Amos Miller & Ian Porthouse, then before our own performance we were entertained by a performance by the Conservatoire brass band. To round the evening off, we then enjoyed a couple of "massed band" numbers where we joined forced with the Conservatoire band. A fantastic session all round!
