What is Youth Brass 2000?
We are a multi award-winning youth brass band located in the English East Midlands. We rehearse on Sunday nights in Wilbarston, Northamptonshire and welcome young brass players of all abilities.
Can I book Youth Brass 2000?
Yes! We perform public concerts as well as fetes, garden parties and other private functions. We would be delighted to hear from you and arrange a concert for you.

We thought you may be wondering this... A brass band is a unique ensemble that is composed entirely of brass instruments, and has been contributing to the sound of Britain for over 100 years.

We’re off to Blackpool again – we have a title to retain! We always make a weekend of this, travelling to Blackpool on the Friday evening, then rehearsing during the Saturday. Sunday is the Big Day, when we perform at the amazing Opera House – one of the largest theatres in the country! We won this contest in 2016 with our “Napoleonic” performance of “Beyond the Tamar”. What are we doing this year? You’ll have to wait and see, but we can promise you won’t be disappointed!

Having won the National Championships in 2016, we are delighted to have been invited to represent England at the European Championships, to be held in Ostend, Belgium this year. We came 2nd last year, can we pull off a win this time round?

We are delighted to have been invited to perform a concert at Stamford Trinity Methodist Church. We have performed here before, so we are very much looking forward to another visit!
Tickets priced at £10 (£8 concessions – under 16 & over 60) available from Stamford Arts Centre – tel 01780 763203 and from the church.They will also be available on the door.
Once again we will be performing a concert at our home location, Wilbarston Village Hall. This concert is held in aid of hall funds. Come along and see us perform – lots of well-known foot-tapping music plus a variety of banding classics. Tickets available on the door – price £6 – u16 – £2.
